Our AI-powered routing may not account for:

• Low clearance bridges or overpasses
• Weight restrictions on roads or bridges
• Seasonal road closures
• Construction, detours, or temporary hazards
• Steep grades unsuitable for your RV
• Narrow roads or tight turns

While we use HERE Maps truck routing API and OpenStreetMap data to check for restrictions, this data may not be complete or up-to-date. Always verify route suitability before driving.

3. Campground and Place Recommendations

Campground suggestions are based on available data and AI recommendations. We do not guarantee:

• Availability or current operation status
• Suitability for your specific RV type or size
• Quality, safety, or condition of facilities
• Accuracy of amenity information (hookups, dump stations, etc.)
• Access road conditions suitable for RVs

Our campground database is compiled from multiple sources including OpenStreetMap, Recreation.gov, State Parks, KOA, and BLM land data. While we enrich low-scoring campgrounds with Google Places data to improve accuracy, you should always verify information directly with the campground before making reservations.

4. Limitation of Liability

WhimTrav and its developers (JB-AI Productions) are NOT liable for:

• Damages to your RV, vehicle, or property
• Personal injury or accidents
• Lost time, expenses, or opportunity costs
• Inaccurate route or campground information
• Service interruptions or data errors
• Third-party service outages (Google Maps, Mapbox, HERE Maps, etc.)
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHIMTRAV IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5. Your Responsibility

By using WhimTrav, you agree to:

• Use the app as a reference tool, not as your sole navigation source
• Verify all information before making driving decisions
• Use common sense and caution while driving
• Not rely solely on AI recommendations for trip planning
• Accept full responsibility for your driving and travel decisions
• Ensure all vehicle specifications (length, height, weight) entered in the app are accurate — routing is calculated based solely on user-provided data and WhimTrav is not responsible for routing errors resulting from inaccurate vehicle information
• Report inaccurate information to help improve our database
• Respect community validation features and provide honest feedback

6. Beta Testing Notice

WhimTrav is currently in beta testing. This means:

• Features may change without notice
• The app may contain bugs or inaccuracies
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Your feedback helps us improve!

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and store your profile information, trip data, and usage analytics to improve the app. Your data is stored securely in Firebase and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Voice commands are processed by Google Gemini AI and not retained by WhimTrav

WhimTrav is designed for adult travelers. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18 years old.
